Four plain steps. No forms to wrestle, no salesy phone calls – just a first visit and honest work.
01 · Check the list
Give us your postcode. We take on a few more homes each season, so we’ll tell you straight if there’s room near you.
02 · First visit
The visit is £30 – we come and take a proper look, note what needs doing, and get to know the house, from the stopcock to the floorboard that creaks.
03 · A plain price
Half-day or full-day, from £140 – your £30 visit fee counted in. No surprises. You’ll know the cost before we lift a tool.
04 · The work, tidily done
Dust sheets down, shoes off, radio low. The same faces each visit, and everything left as it should be.
Moving out? We do that too
Our end of tenancy clean covers the whole property, carpets included, plus the small repairs and touch-ups agents check for – with a free re-clean if anything is flagged within 48 hours. Studio from £180. Carpet cleaning on its own starts from £45 a room.
Kept in order, not just fixed
Most of our homes stay with us. Once we know a house, the once-a-season look-over keeps small things from becoming big ones – and means the work you notice is only that everything simply works.
